Shift Talent Development is a series of online-learning courses & resources geared towards helping veterans become the best candidates they can be.

The locations to which Shift Veterans are matched change on a regular basis. It is no coincidence that the majority of our opportunities are based around larger metropolitan areas. Shift veterans get placed into a variety of different roles. We focus on filling roles in the civilian world that relate directly to the functions you performed in the military. Our Talent Strategy team is uniquely positioned to help find transferable skills & experiences that make you qualified for any number of civilian roles.
Shift Talent Development is not a full-time obligation. The online courses are designed for you to be able to complete them one at a time over the course of several weeks.

The only eligibility requirement to participate in Shift Veteran Hiring is an approved form of Veteran Verification. This could include: DD-214, Veterans ID-Card, Veteran Health Identification Card, VA Proof of Service Letter.
